We love sharing all the wonderful offerings in our beautiful studio space with you, and want to say a huge thank you for bringing your bodies and energy in, helping to grow this community.
The Fourth Floor offers an eclectic mix of classes and events, with quality practitioners that are so passionate about sharing their craft.

Becoming embodied, or learning how to feel at home in your body, is an art that takes practice. We would love to share the ways in which we know how, with you, and as many people as possible.

We also love our ever evolving and changing landscape at the Fourth Floor. Our very unique set of facilitators are often irreplaceable, and so we encourage you to check in with the online timetable frequently for our current, updated schedule. We have recently removed the Monday Iyengar Level 1 class and the Wednesday morning yoga at 7am from the regular timetable. Our apologies for any disappointment - read on below for all the wonderful new classes and upcoming events…

Remedial Yoga Series


Join Sally Kluss for a new Remedial Yoga - 4 Week Series on Wednesday evenings from 6th of March until 27th of March - 7:30pm - 8:30pm. The first series works on mobilizing the hips and releasing, as well as supporting the lower back. The second series, beginning Wednesday 1st of May, works with the Neck & Shoulders.

Fundamentals of Yoga - 90 Minute Workshop

New Movement Series with Scott Cashins


Scott is an FRC Mobility Specialist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Partner Acrobatics Teacher, and more. Scott has developed a series of 4 classes throughout the week to maximize your movement potential. Working to mobilize the joints, increase strength, balance and fluidity of movement, Scott invites you to join his 6 week program for one, or all four of the classes - MOBILITY, MOVEMENT, FLUID STRENGTH & RISE - for a discounted rate. Feldenkrais with Wendy Leewood


This year, Wendy has been offering weekly Awareness Through Movement classes at The Fourth Floor, on Tuesdays at 1:30pm. It’s wonderful to have so many new people trying this powerful gentle movement method.

Sorority Women’s Day Beat Latina

Join Alejandra on Friday 8th of March - International Women’s Day - for a special 90 minute Beat Latina class at 6pm. Breath Rites Circle with Ebony Prins


Join our lunch time yoga teacher, massage therapist and breath worker - Ebony Prins - and fellow breathwork practitioner, Leah Musik on Sunday, 31st March for a 3 hour workshop exploring the relationship between body and breath - 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Read more and register HERE.
