Summer at the Studio
As we say farewell to 2021, all of us at The Fourth Floor studio wish to thank and acknowledge you for your love, generosity and support in 2021.
We invite you to celebrate with us this Friday the 17th of December with a FREE Beat Latina class and live DJ event in the studio from 6pm - 8pm. See the Facebook event for more details.
With borders opening to interstate travel today, we know there’s mixed feelings of excitement and nervousness in the community. We wish to reassure you that our stringent practices to minimise risk of COVID-19 transmission will continue. We support and encourage the wearing of masks in the studio and request that you bring a towel along to restorative classes to cover bolsters.
We will keep you up-to-date with any changes as they arise.
We’re having a break between Christmas and New Year and return with a reduced Summer schedule from January 4th, 2022. We hope you enjoy some lovely rest and sunshine during this period too!
Our final class for 2021 is Yoga for Lunch with Cassie Stevens-Lynch on Friday, December 24th.
To our lunch time yoga students, we will be pausing your memberships between Friday Dec 24th and Tuesday Jan 4th, when the full Monday-Friday schedule resumes.
