Welcome to the Body Journey of Yoga Postures and Dance.
We'll begin to stretch the body gently through Yoga Asanas and Pranayama to prepare ourselves for dance. Active and opening, this practice invokes a sense of joy and pleasure, making movements that activate our spirit thanks to the delicious rhythms. A chosen playlist to dance and dance, then returning to Yoga Asanas again where we will ease into relaxation to release the muscles and mind. Becoming grounded again.

Certified Kundailini Yoga teacher, and teaching dances of the World since 2004.
Diploma in Music, Art and Physical therapy.
Saturday 22nd June 10am - 12pm.
